Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Dumaguete branch to ensure accurate cashiering operations and assist in overall store activities. You will supervise cashiers, handle cash and card transactions, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining records.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a sense of ownership. Willingness to be deployed at Sports Direct Robinsons Dumaguete is required.

Qualifications

• College/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Business Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment.
• Sense of ownership and commitment toward work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for all branch transactions following Finance Division procedures.
• Double-check prices and ensure accuracy of cash/card receipts.
• Safely manage change fund issued by Finance Division.
• Prepare End of Day Cashier’s Report and balance it to cash on hand.
• Deliver cashier's reports to head office and deposit daily cash/check collections.
• Monitor and transact other payments according to policies.
• Issue proper discounts per transaction type when applicable.
• Ensure regular deposits of sales to the bank and maintain deposit records.
• Transmit daily cashier reports to the head office.
