Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Dipolog. The candidate will oversee store sales performance, merchandising, and daily operations in a busy retail environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Filipino and English, and about 5 years of retail experience with supervisory exposure. The position is based in Dipolog with responsibilities spanning team leadership and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, people management and merchandising skills.
• Preferably supervisory experience (5+ years) in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Must be amenable to work in Dipolog.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; monitor responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering for own-use items.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and superior.
