Job summary

Planet Sports Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee cashiering operations and assist the Store Supervisor with overall store activities. You will engage customers, process transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, end-of-day reports, deposits, and transmitting daily cashier reports to head office. You will monitor discounts, maintain records, and help drive selling trends with the store team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least College/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Business Management or related course.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership and commitment to work.
• People management skills.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepares invoice for branch transactions and ensures price accuracy.
• Prepares End of Day Cashier’s Report and balances with cash on hand.
• Deposits daily cash/checks; transmits reports to head office.
• Monitors and transacts other types of payments per policies.
• Ensures proper discounts are issued per transaction type.
• Maintains deposit slips and passbooks; deposits to bank daily.
• Accounts for shortages or overages; communicates trends.
