Job summary

Terranova Philippines in Cebu City is seeking a Store Manager with 1-2 years of retail leadership to join our team. The role centers on visual merchandising, stock control, sales planning, and maintaining store standards in a dynamic fashion environment.

You will lead a small team, communicate effectively, and solve problems with practical solutions. English proficiency at least intermediate is required; experience in fast fashion is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as store manager or assistant manager 1-2 years.
• Knowledge of fast fashion retail/clothing logics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership and team delegation.
• English level: Intermediate or higher.

Key Responsibilities

Organization and control of visual merchandising in the store;

Stock control;

Sales planning and analysis;

Completing standards and objectives for different departments;

Lead a team of the store towards effective collaboration and goals achievements;

Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions;

Requirements

Proven experience as a store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role 1-2 years;

Knowledge and application of fast fashion retail/clothing logics

Independent, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill;

Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles;

Excellent problem-solving abilities;

Leadership, delegation and control of the processes;

English starting from Intermediate.
