The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Store Manager for our Evoliving Center Dr, Don Jose, Santa Rosa, Laguna cafe. You will lead and coach the team, oversee daily operations, manage costs, and ensure top customer experience.

The role requires 3–5 years in F&B/retail mgmt with strong leadership, communication, and cost-control skills. Shifts include weekends and holidays with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team.
