Job description

The Store Manager is responsible for driving the overall sales performance, profitability, and operational excellence of the appliances store. This role oversees end-to-end retail operations, including sales execution, financial management, inventory control, merchandising, cashiering, compliance, and customer experience. Leveraging strong business acumen and a deep understanding of appliance retail operations, the Store Manager analyzes business performance, identifies growth opportunities, and implements strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role also leads and develops high-performing teams, ensures operational efficiency, maintains financial and inventory controls, and upholds company standards to achieve sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance and Store Profitability Lead the achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets by maximizing appliance category performance, increasing conversion rates, driving attachment sales (warranties, financing programs, and accessories), and executing strategic promotions and store initiatives.
• Lead and Develop a High-Performing Store Team Manage, coach, and develop supervisors and store associates to deliver exceptional product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales execution. Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous performance improvement.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience and After-Sales Support Ensure customers receive expert product recommendations and a seamless shopping experience. Oversee the resolution of escalated customer concerns, coordinate after-sales service support, and drive initiatives that strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Optimize Merchandise, Inventory, and Financial Controls Ensure effective merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, stock availability, inventory integrity, and asset protection. Monitor inventory movement, replenishment, shrinkage, and cashiering operations while maintaining strong financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Ensure Compliance, Risk Management, and Operational Excellence Maintain compliance with company policies, audit standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Analyze store KPIs, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and implement actions that enhance overall store performance and sustainable growth.
