Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail staff and coordinating teams.

• Ability to monitor stock, sales trends, and staff attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cascade targets and alerts to selling team and expose new offers.
• Manage product/promo issues and coordinate with merchants.
• Monitor stock levels and deliveries vs. sales trends to prevent stock-outs.
• Inspect items for transfer or RTV and process in MMS; sign documents.
• Oversee department budget, order supplies and track usage.
• Monitor attendance of Sales Clerks and Stock Clerks and re-assign tasks as needed.
