Fredley Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead daily operations across our coffee and dining concepts. You will supervise store staff, schedule shifts, ensure top product quality, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage inventory, control costs, drive sales, participate in local marketing, and enforce health and safety standards. A degree in business or related field and supervisory exp are preferred.

Qualifications

• Team Management:
• Supervise and lead a team of store staff, including baristas and cashier personnel.
• Create work schedules, assign tasks, and provide training to new employees.
• Foster a positive and motivated work environment by promoting teamwork and staff development.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train and coach staff in providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Store Operations:
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
• Monitor and control operational costs to meet budgetary goals.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure that all products are prepared and served according to Macao Imperial Tea's quality and presentation standards.
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing hygiene and safety standards.
• Adhere to local health regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
