SAN YANG INTERTRADE CORP is seeking a Store Supervisor in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in retail and a strong focus on sales, customer service, and team motivation.

The ideal candidate will lead daily store operations, manage inventory and merchandising, and coordinate with staff to achieve targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• College graduate in business, management, marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or team leader experience, preferably in retail.
• Experience in furniture or similar retail industry is an advantage.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Able to lead, supervise, coach, and motivate store personnel.
• Knowledgeable in daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and sales monitoring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy, particularly MS Word and Excel.
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
