Job summary

GOLDEN ABC, INCORPORATED is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of one or more retail outlets in the Philippines, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering high standards of customer service.

You will supervise staff, manage purchasing and inventory, analyze sales history to forecast performance, drive sales targets, maintain visual presentation, and ensure a clean, organized store.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and ensures all facets of daily operations for one or more retail outlets.
• Supervises personnel including work allocation, training, performance evaluation and actions.
• Manages purchasing and ordering of general supplies.
• Maintains sales and inventory records and prepares performance reports.
• Supports development of store goals and implements procedures to improve operations.
• Drives sales targets and addresses negative sales trends.
• Maintains merchandise standards and visual presentation; keeps store clean and organized.
• Upholds the highest level of customer service and enforces service policies.
• Performs ad hoc tasks as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages and oversees all facets of the daily operations of one or more retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Performs or manages purchasing and ordering of general supplies.
• Maintains sales and inventory records, performs forecasting by reviewing sales history; prepares and presents periodic and scheduled performance reports.
• Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives of the store; recommends, implements and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.
• Ensures action is taken to achieve store sales targets and corrects negative sales trends.
• Ensures the maintenance of merchandise standards to maximize sales; ensures the execution of the visual presentation direction and updates; ensures the maintenance of a clean, neat and organized store.
• Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times; ensures execution of the company’s service policies.
• Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
