Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Store Manager (Branch Head) to lead a branch across Cebu, Iloilo, Roxas City or Tacloban City on-site. You will drive growth, build customer bonds, and mentor a sales team to exceed targets.

With a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in banking, you will oversee branch operations, ensure compliance, and implement programs that increase market share while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent banking role.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a sales team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

What The Role Will Entail

• Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them.
• Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customers' share of wallet.
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team.
• Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank.
• Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards.
