About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations at Great Image Services Corporation in SM Ecoland. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of store management, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As Store Manager, you will be at the heart of our retail business, responsible for implementing company strategies at store level and leading a team to achieve ambitious sales and operational targets. This role reports directly to senior management and is crucial to the success of our Davao location.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the retail environment
• Develop and execute store-level strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and all relevant retail and employment regulations
• Create an engaging store environment through visual merchandising, product displays and promotional activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle customer concerns and drive customer loyalty
• Conduct staff performance reviews, provide coaching and development opportunities, and manage performance issues
• Implement health, safety and security protocols to create a safe working environment for staff and customers

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience of at least 2-5 years in a store management or similar retail supervisory role
