Job summary

HTCG Premium Food Concepts Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Metro Manila. The role ensures outlet results through the store team, oversees dining and kitchen areas, sets targets, and ensures proper service steps and guest engagement.

Critical focus on staff training, adherence to conduct, inventory and stock control, and collaboration with Kitchen Manager to secure quality products and adequate supplies for each shift.

Qualifications

• Education: 4-year degree or equivalent.
• Experience: at least 3 years in restaurant operations.
• Skills: product knowledge, kitchen management, sales/marketing, finance, negotiation, coaching, problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Monitors attendance and performance of all staff.
• Enforces Code of Conduct for all employees.
• Ensures staff are trained and prepared for their roles.
• Collaborates with Kitchen Manager to maintain stock quality and sufficient supply for shifts.

Job description

The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of outlet results through and with the effort of the store team.

KEY RESULTS AREA

• Ensures that all areas and aspects in the dining and kitchen are overseen and maintained
• Sets targets for the restaurant
• Oversees the floor to ensure that the steps of service are being followed
• Ensures religious table touches to establish a connection with guests
• Ensures guest complaints based on company protocols and ensures that all complaining guests are appeased
• Does administrative functions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors that attendance and performance of all staff
• Strictly implements the Code of Conduct to all employees
• Ensures all employees are duly trained and prepared for their roles and functions
• Works hand-in-hand with the Kitchen Manager to ensure that all stocks are in good quality and enough for the shift

• Education – Graduate of any 4-year course
