Job summary

First Mega Holdings is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations across kitchen, grill, dining area and counter, ensuring fast service and product availability.

You will enforce Food Safety and Quality standards, coach crew, handle customer feedback, and monitor sales targets, waste, and cash reconciliations while supporting flexible shifts.

Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years QSR supervision required; MS Office proficiency is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

About you
