Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail supervisory or store management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and retail reporting.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and retail management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales targets.
• Lead and coach store team (CA/CSA) and manage schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and reporting.
• Maintain store image and visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with mall administration and external stakeholders.
• Prepare sales reports (weekly, monthly, etc.).
