Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and store quotas for assigned brands.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Supervisor/Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Address and resolve issues affecting store sales and overall business performance.
• Coordinate with the Merchandise Planning and Control Department regarding stock movements and inventory requirements.
• Prepare and submit required sales reports (Weekly Sales Report, Month-End Summary, Categorical Sales Report, Monthly Work Schedule).
• Ensure excellent customer service and effectively handle customer concerns and inquiries.
