Job summary

Chagee Philippines Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

You will train and supervise staff, optimize inventory and stock management, uphold product quality and presentation, monitor expenses, and work with marketing to boost traffic and sales while maintaining a welcoming, hygienic store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems and possesses good learning attitude for new system.
• Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Diploma in Business Administration or Hospital Management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Train and supervise store staff, provide coaching and feedback to maximize performance.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders to minimize waste.
• Maintain high standard of product quality and presentation by overseeing beverage preparation and adherence to recipes.
• Ensure store remains clean, hygienic and well-presented for customers and staff.
• Monitor store expenses (labor, COGS, overhead) and implement profitability strategies.
• Collaborate with Operation Managers and Marketing to develop campaigns and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular inspections.
• Analyze store performance metrics and report findings to management.
