Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, customer service, and financial reporting.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, such as optimising product assortment, enhancing merchandising, and driving efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and create engaging displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyse store-level data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Participate in regular meetings with the regional management team to share updates and insights.
