Job summary

C and C Platinum Trading Corporation seeks a Store Planning Specialist to design and optimize store layouts, displays, and space planning for brand-aligned spaces. You will collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to deliver engaging retail environments across multiple stores.

The role focuses on product presentation, fixture planning, and store development. A strong portfolio and proficiency with AutoCAD/SketchUp are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail, Store Planning, Visual Merchandising, or Retail Design.
• Strong creative eye with understanding of retail aesthetics and product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional store layouts that maximize space, customer flow, and product visibility.
• Plan and optimize product placement, displays, fixtures, and selling areas based on SKU assortment and retail objectives.
• Create store concepts, floor plans, visual presentations, and display proposals aligned with the brand.
• Apply a strong creative eye and understanding of retail trends to improve store aesthetics and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Construction teams on store development and execution.
• Support new store openings, renovations, store refreshes, and retail rollouts.
• Conduct store visits and identify opportunities to improve layout, visual presentation, and space utilization.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure proper execution of approved designs.
• Maintain consistency of brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines across stores.
• Continuously explore new retail concepts, display ideas, and creative solutions to engage customers and drive sales.
