Job summary

ORO China Group of Companies in Pasay City seeks a Retail Store Supervisor with a strong background in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role requires at least 3 years in retail, preferably with supervisory experience, and a background in premium retail is advantageous.

You will lead and develop the sales team, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and ensure high-standard customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail/Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in retail, preferably with supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience in jewelry, fashion, luxury retail, or premium retail industries is an advantage.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, and store operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve store targets.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock monitoring, visual merchandising, and store administration.
• Strong understanding of sales performance, KPIs, and retail targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and sense of responsibility with high-value merchandise.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required.
• Willing to work on-site in SM MOA, Pasay City.
