Responsibilities

• Attain sales and EBIT targets and grow last year's performance.
• Recommend solutions to address customer complaints from surveys.
• Ensure items are tagged and displayed per store visual standards.
• Review concessionaires’ performance and propose actions to maximize gondola rentals.
• Ensure accuracy of JDA inventory.
• Minimize store losses and pilferage; suggest countermeasures.
• Lead planning and development activities for store personnel.
• Ensure smooth implementation of policies, systems, procedures at store level.
• Ensure training of store personnel before starting duties.
