MR DIY Philippines in Agoo La Union is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations and drive sales. The role requires strong leadership, merchandising, and customer service skills to manage staff and ensure a tidy, compliant retail environment.

The position involves supervising merchandising displays, coaching employees, handling daily cash, and reporting performance data to HQ.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Filipino, English
5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
Keep the store tidy and clean.
Organize & display merchandise in selling area.
Greet and serve customers.
Maintain store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
Stock and order items as needed.
Complete, update & report sales, hiring, assignments to HQ & superior.
Send documents to HQ and superior.
Work within SOP and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
