Qualifications

• Filipino and English language proficiency.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, train, coach and manage staff; evaluate performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete reports to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Handle any other duties from Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
