Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the Vigan area. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership with excellent organizational and merchandising skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Filipino and English are required.
• 5 years of working experience in retail industry.
• Key skills include organization, leadership, communication, people management, coaching and merchandising.
• Preferably at supervisor level with 5+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by keeping a safe and clean store.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
