Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. is seeking a Store Crew to manage end-to-end store operations across Bakeshop and Foodshop functions. You will handle cashiering, cake and food preparation, cake reservations, decorating, and delivery coordination while upholding food safety and brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or food service, with basic cake decorating skills and a high school or early college background. Prior experience in bakeshop operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or completed 2nd year college (in old curriculum).
• Hotel and Restaurant Management or related course preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in retail, food service, or bakeshop operations preferred.
• Basic cake decorating skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments using onePOS systems or manual (Cash Invoice).
• Prepare and reconcile required cashiering documents (CTO, cash and credit summaries, senior/employee discounts).
• Handle change and petty cash funds; ensure accurate remittance, timely deposits, and logbook recording.
• Immediately report cash discrepancies and POS related issues.
• Execute standard cashiering protocols: proper greeting, order confirmation, suggestive selling, accurate change counting, and courteous closing.
• Process and document cake reservations, including order slips and delivery maps.
• Coordinate ordered‑by‑customer (OBC) cakes to plant depot and servicing stores.
• Monitor on-time cake delivery, ensure correct order specification, and release products accurately.
• Perform standard greeting cake decorations following approved scripts and layouts.
• Prepare, assemble and serve ordered food.

About the role

The Store Crew is responsible for end-to-end store operations across assigned functions (Bakeshop and/or Foodshop). The role ensures efficient cashiering, food and cake preparation, cake reservation and decorating, inventory and variance control, merchandising, delivery support, and store sanitation. The position directly contributes to excellent customer experience, operational accuracy, food safety compliance, and brand standards, while maintaining proper grooming and professional appearance at all times.

About you

• At least graduate of Senior High School (in new curriculum) or completed 2nd year college level (in old curriculum)
• Preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management or related course
• Preferably at least two (2) years experience in retail, food service, or bakeshop operations
• Basic cake decorating skills preferred
