Job summary

A bakery service company is looking for a friendly Cashier to assist customers with their inquiries and orders. You'll greet customers, process transactions, and maintain the cleanliness of the counter. Ideal candidates are College Level graduates with good communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for those without experience. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with bakery product inquiries and orders
• Accurately process cash, credit, and other payment transactions
• Operate the POS system efficiently and issue correct receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter and display areas
• Ensure proper handling, packaging, and presentation of bakery products
• Monitor inventory at the counter and coordinate with the team for replenishment
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and elevate when necessary
• Follow company policies on cash handling, food safety, and customer service
• Support daily opening and closing procedures as assigned
