• We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Store Attendant to join our team The Store Attendant will play a vital role in maintaining a positive customer experience by assisting customers, ensuring the store is clean and well-organized, and supporting the smooth operation of daily tasks.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers locate products and answer any questions about store offerings.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash and card transactions, and issue receipts.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing deliveries.
• Maintain product displays, ensuring items are neatly arranged and properly labeled.
• Report any product shortages, damaged goods, or customer complaints to management.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of promotions and store events.
• Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the store’s opening and closing procedures, including cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
