Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Store Helper to join our team in Iloilo. The Store Helper will assist in maintaining the store’s cleanliness, stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and providing support to the store staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving and organizing shipments of products.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and in the correct location.
• Keep the store clean and orderly by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and organizing merchandise.
• Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate sections and answering basic product inquiries.
• Assist in checking inventory levels and restocking items when necessary.
• Help with inventory counts and ensure that stock levels are accurately tracked.
• Assist the cashier during peak times and help with bagging purchases.
• Handle basic cleaning and maintenance tasks inside and outside the store.
• Report any damaged or expired products to the supervisor.
• Ensure that store safety and health standards are followed at all times.
