Job summary

S&R Career Page is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Clerk to join our Laguna operations team. The role focuses on proper stock storage, adherence to FEFO and FIFO, and preventing stockouts or overstocking through regular audits.

The candidate should have a BS in Accountancy (preferred), knowledge in Inventory Management, and a valid NCII certification or the ability to operate MHE such as forklift or reach truck. On-site work in Calamba, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Inventory Management.
• Certified NCII or can operate MHE / Forklift or Reach Truck.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stocks are stored properly, applying storage and stock management principles.
• Implement inventory control procedures, FEFO and FIFO, and manage near expiry merchandise.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock flow and optimize space.

Job description

• Ensuring stocks are in their proper storage, applying storage and stock management principles relevant to inventory volume needs. Conducts regular audits, implement inventory management techniques to maintain accurate records, prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Implementing and maintaining efficient inventory control procedures, such as system procedures relevant to FEFO and FIFO principles, and near expiry merchandise
• Work closely with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock flow and address any discrepancies or any issues that arises. Coordinates storage of received goods, optimizing warehouse layout and workflow and maximize space utilization and efficiency.
• College Graduate (BS in Accountancy Graduate preferred)

• Certified NCII or can at least operate an MHE / Forklift or Reach Truck
