Job summary

Terry Selection, Inc. is seeking a Stock Analyst to oversee stock movement across all branches, including stores and kitchen areas. The role focuses on maintaining optimal product mix and ensuring accurate inventory reporting and transfers.

The analyst will monitor stock availability, perform weekly counts, and coordinate deliveries and refunds. Strong attention to detail and data analysis are essential for minimizing discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Track stock levels based on Average Daily Sales.
• Conduct weekly inventory checks and order categories as needed.

Responsibilities

• Address discrepancies and prepare ATD settlements for unjustified losses.
• Manage branch returns and transfers to other branches or warehouse.
• Coordinate direct store and warehouse deliveries including invoicing and receiving.
• Print and review Inventory Movement Reports and report stock transfers timely.

Job description

• Stock Analyst oversees stock movement in the entire branch both store and kitchen, ensuring an optimized product mix that meets consumer demands and contributes to the company's productive operations.
• Oversee monitoring of stocks availability and assortment through:
• Positive/negative Stock on Hand listing and adjustment through the POS Inventory Adjustment Report.
• Tracking Stock inventory level based on Average Daily Sales
• Inventory checking and ordering of product category per week based on random physical inventory through wall-to-wall counts
• prepare ATD settlement of unjustified discrepancy which maybe resulting from shoplifting, and/or rat bites and/or improper and/or non-recording of inventory movement in the POS.
• Manage branch returns, by early identification of non-moving inventory, transfer to other branches or warehouse through the use of Inventory Adjustment Report and identifying Near Expiry products and proper tagging
• Direct to Store Delivery and Warehouse delivery process which includes the following:
• Delivery Receiving and sending of Direct Delivery Invoices.
• Printing of Inventory Movement Report.
• Delivery receiving and checking
• Timely reporting of Stock Transfer
• Address employee and customer complaints or requests, ensuring all registers always have the correct amount of cash and resolving price checks for customers.8. Discrepancy Report for Warehouse delivery and Direct to Store Delivery discrepancy with complete documents needed.
