Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in all F&B outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, kitchen stores and back of house areas.
• Ensure sufficient stewarding personnel on duty to keep all areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Develop effective training strategies and session plans to ensure stewarding personnel perform duties to standard.
