Responsibilities

• Lead daily dishwashing, sanitation, and kitchen cleaning routines and storeware properly.
• Assign tasks, train stewards, manage shifts, ensure health and safety guidelines.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely; conduct basic maintenance on dishwashers and stewarding equipment.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and trash liners; oversee proper waste disposal.
• Enforce local health department regulations and PPE requirements.
