Job summary

Rex Education seeks a dedicated FEI liaison officer to coordinate with school administrators (Academic Coordinator, Principal, Finance Officer) and deliver FEI learning programs to subscribed students in partner or direct settings.

The role oversees the training laboratory and all company-owned equipment, ensuring 100% client retention through relationship building and service excellence in line with FEI specifications and school or parent agreements.

Qualifications

• Act as primary liaison with school administrators (Academic Coordinator, Principal, Finance Officer).
• Deliver FEI learning programs per FEI specs and school/parent agreements.
• Maintain and protect company-owned lab and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FEI learning programs to subscribed students as specified by FEI.
• Serve as primary custodian of the training laboratory and equipment.
• Build client relationships to achieve 100% client retention.

Job description

The job incumbent is FEI's primary liaison officer with the school administrators: Academic Coordinator, Principal, Finance Officer.

He/She is the implementer and deliverer of the FEI learning programs to which students are subscribed, according to specifications and standards of FEI and following agreements with the schools (for students in partner schools) or parents (for direct student clients / students in non-partner schools).

He/She is the primary custodian of the laboratory which was purposely set-up for the delivery of the learning program implemented and all company-owned equipment deployed therein, and all equipment provided by the company for the efficient performance of one's work, leading to the realization of the unit's mandates such as:
