Job summary

Aerobay is seeking an enthusiastic educator to train K-12 students in STEM/STEAM and lead a full-fledged STEM lab. You will mentor, motivate and guide students using hands-on kits and activities across aerospace, robotics, design, and emerging technologies.

Freshers welcome, with strong communication and the ability to manage inventories, schedules and events. Ideal candidates have a qualifying engineering degree, exposure to CAD tools, and a passion for experiential learning.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE/M.Tech in Aerospace, ECE, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical required.
• Freshers welcome; teaching experience a plus.
• Prior design experience in CATIA, SolidWorks or SketchUp is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Teach and train K-12 students in STEM/STEAM using kits and products.
• Manage a full-fledged STEM lab including inventory management and maintenance.
• Learn and expand knowledge in Aerospace, Space, Drones, Robotics and Designing.
• Coordinate with school management, manage timetables and plan events/competitions.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, school staff and company, recording training data.
