Private Advertiser is seeking a Stay-In Handyman to manage maintenance and repairs for a private residential property in Tiaong, Quezon. The role requires hands-on capability across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep, with a focus on keeping the home safe and functional.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, TESDA NC II certificates are a plus, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as handyman, maintenance worker, carpenter, electrician or plumber.
• TESDA NC II certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.

Responsibilities

About the role

A Stay-In Handyman to take care of the general maintenance and repairs of a private residential property.

Key responsibilities

• Handle electrical repairs and basic electrical maintenance

• Handle plumbing repairs and maintenance

• Perform carpentry and general woodwork

• Repair and maintain doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and other parts of the property

• Perform general repairs and maintenance around the house and property

• Regularly inspect the property and identify repairs or maintenance that need attention

• Assist with installation, assembly, and minor construction/repair projects

• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are properly stored

• Keep the property, work areas, and tools clean and organized

About you

• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a handyman, maintenance worker, carpenter, electrician, and plumber

• TESDA training/certification is an advantage: NC II Electrical Installation and Maintenance, NC II – Plumbing, NC II - Carpentry

• Able to troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions

• Can work independently with minimal supervision

• Capable of performing hands‑on maintenance work

• Responsible, trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable

• Clean and orderly in performing work

• Must be willing to stay-in at the property in Tiaong, Quezon

• Valid Driver's License
