Job Description

• Maintenance and repairs: Fix leaky faucets, broken chairs, repairing or replacing damaged fixtures (doors, windows, etc.), and handling minor carpentry and masonry tasks and other office equipment.
• Performs basic electrical, plumbing repair, and HVAC filter cleaning.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in maintenance related area.
• Provide a quick response to urgent repairs especially leaks, electrical faults, and equipment breakdown.
• Report any safety hazards, facilities concerns, and required immediate repair to direct supervisor.
• With at least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Completed Vocational Course in the related field.
• With experience in building maintenance related handyman work.
• Proficient in the use of basic hand and power tools.
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting schedule and emergency tasks.
