Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Stay-In Handyman to manage maintenance and repairs for a private residential property in Tiaong, Quezon. The role requires hands-on capability across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep, with a focus on keeping the home safe and functional.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, TESDA NC II certificates are a plus, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.

Responsibilities

Handle electrical repairs and basic electrical maintenance.
Handle plumbing repairs and maintenance.
Perform carpentry and general woodwork.
Repair and maintain doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and other property parts.
Perform general repairs and maintenance around the house and property.
Regularly inspect the property and identify repairs or maintenance needed.
Assist with installation, assembly, and minor construction/repair projects.
Maintain tools and equipment and ensure proper storage.
Keep the property, work areas, and tools clean and organized.
Perform reasonable household/property maintenance tasks as needed.
