Job summary

THE EUROPEAN HAIR FACTORY INC. in Cabuyao, Laguna seeks a reliable maintenance worker to perform general upkeep, inspect equipment, and handle minor repairs.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma, 1–2 years of maintenance experience, basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, and reside in or near Cabuyao.

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate; vocational/TESDA training is a plus.
• 1–2 years of maintenance or handyman experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and repair work.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and trustworthy.
• Lives in or near Cabuyao preferred.

Responsibilities

• General building upkeep and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Regular inspection of equipment, lighting, and facilities.
• Grounds maintenance including grass cutting and garden care.
• Reporting hazards or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
• Other maintenance tasks as assigned.
