Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Gas Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Naic area, supervise staff and cashiers, and maintain exemplary customer service while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in supervisory roles in retail or fuel services, strong leadership and communication skills, willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, and readiness to be deployed to assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in retail, gas, or multi-branch operations.
• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision.
