Job summary

TE Connectivity in the Philippines seeks an experienced manufacturing technician to participate in each phase of the production process and to follow guidelines and standards to ensure compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate typically has 4–5 years of related work experience, a high school diploma, and an AA degree or equivalent is preferred. You will guide junior technicians, support process optimization, and help maintain equipment and procedures on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Compiles systematic diagrams or reports on manufacturing procedures and results, facility utilization, failure summaries, etc., and advises on process optimization.
• Participates in and monitors manufacturing processes; implements operation standards and follows production regulations.
• Reschedules manufacturing tasks among technicians to cope with requirement variances.
• Guides junior technicians on how to operate and maintain equipment, and provides further training as necessary.
