Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a manufacturing professional in the Philippines to optimize stamping, modeling, assembly and related processes, driving efficiency and quality improvements across production lines.

The role emphasizes designing and implementing manufacturing process platforms and automation solutions to support new product development and optimize existing production, while ensuring processes run at peak levels for quality and output.

Qualifications

  • Experience in optimizing stamping, modeling, assembly, and other processes within the manufacturing environment.
  • Experience designing and developing manufacturing process platforms and automation platforms.
  • Experience applying process platforms for the realization of new product development as well as optimization of existing production.
  • Experience ensuring processes are running at an optimum level for maximizing quality and output.
