Job summary

TE is seeking a manufacturing professional to participate in all phases of the production process, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations. Responsibilities include mentoring junior technicians, operating and maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to production standards.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 4-5 years or more of related work experience.
• Requires high school diploma.
• Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in each phase of the manufacturing process and follows appropriate guidelines and standards in corresponding functions, according to regulations.
• Compiles systematic diagrams or reports on manufacturing procedures and results, facility utilization, failure summaries, etc. and advises on process optimization.
• Reschedules manufacturing tasks among technicians to cope with requirement variances.
• Guides junior technicians on how to operate and maintain equipment, and provides further training, as necessary.
