Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Stamping Manager for a global manufacturing client in Batangas. You will lead the Stamping Department, drive lean manufacturing, optimise resources, and ensure on-time delivery and safety standards.

You will develop supervisors and teams, establish KPIs, and partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and Supply Chain on improvement initiatives and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, stamping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality management and equipment management.
• Proven leadership, communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Stamping Department to meet production plans and customer delivery.
• Plan and optimise resources while monitoring performance and resolving issues.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development across the department.
• Lead continuous improvement (OEE, QCO, VSM, automation, waste reduction).
• Champion lean manufacturing and operational excellence across stamping.
• Manage budgeting, expenses, resource utilisation and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop supervisors and teams while strengthening capabilities.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and report progress to management.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and Supply Chain on improvements.
• Support new product introduction, capacity planning and strategic plant projects.
