Job summary

TE Connectivity Manufacturing Philippines, Incorporated is seeking a capable Production Operations Manager to oversee the stamping department, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and lead lean-improvement efforts. The role demands strong leadership, process knowledge, and collaboration across Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams.

You will manage daily operations, plan resources, chair reviews, and push for efficiency gains through OEE and VSM projects.

Qualifications

15+ years of stamping industry experience.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of manufacturing experience; related engineering major preferred.
Strong knowledge of stamping processes, quality management, and equipment management.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools (TEOA) and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day stamping operations to meet production plans and customer delivery.
Plan and allocate resources, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
Chair GO meetings, production reviews, and track performance vs targets.
Drive continuous improvement on OEE, COPQ reduction, and cost optimization.
Review and approve production documents, forms, and work instructions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain.
