Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation seeks an experienced Stamp­ing Task Force Leader to stabilize stamping operations at the DDN Philippines site. The role focuses on safe execution, process stability, and standardization aligned with CPT Stamping Standards and Process Excellence.

You will partner with site leadership, engineering, maintenance, and production teams to address safety and performance gaps, embed sustainable improvements, and drive OEE, scrap reduction, and downtime reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience in stamping manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to stabilize processes and improve performance.
• Strong leadership and communication in multicultural manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stamping team day-to-day operations and set goals.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Lead, train, and monitor team performance to meet targets.
