Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent with at least 3 years of progressive professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in the Stamping Department is required.
• Strong leadership and sound decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Issue production orders to floor.
• Maintain stamping machines in running condition.
• Ensure availability of stamping materials on time for production.
• Allocate headcount in shop.
• Escalate production stoppages to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of production orders.
• Educate and train operators; promote multi-skilling.
• Coordinate with inter-department and drive TEOA culture on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineer for new product development and process improvement in stamping.
• Assess resource requirements; track materials, consumables and chemicals.
• Conduct Go meetings / PIM reviews with technicians and leaders.
• Review TEOA deployment and labour productivity in the function.
