Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff Test Engineer in the Philippines to develop and deploy high-performance test solutions for Digital Healthcare products from silicon validation through production release.

You will lead mixed-signal test development, characterize silicon, and collaborate with global teams to ensure product quality and timely releases. The role requires a strong background in analog/digital/mixed-signal testing, hands-on automation, and leadership to mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in semiconductor test development, product engineering, or mixed-signal testing.
• Strong experience with NI-STS, Teradyne MicroFlex, and/or UltraFLEX ATE platforms.
• Expertise in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, AFEs, sensor interfaces, digital I/O).
• Proven experience in ATE test program development, silicon characterization, qualification, and manufacturing release.
• Cadence Allegro schematic/PCB familiarity.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics tools (e.g., JMP, Exensio).
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize hardware and software test solutions across development phases.
• Define test methodologies, coverage strategies, and test plans with Design/System/Product teams.
• Perform silicon validation, characterization, correlation, qualification, and manufacturing release.
• Develop automation tools and data analytics to improve efficiency and decision making.
• Manage schedules, risks, and deliverables for timely product release.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain for ramp readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Coordinate with global teams across multiple sites/time zones.
