Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in semiconductor test development, product engineering or testing.
• Strong experience with ATE platforms and mixed-signal testing.
• Knowledge of ADCs, AFEs, sensor interfaces, and digital I/O.
• Experience with test program development, characterization, and release.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware and software test solution development across development phases.
• Define test methodologies, coverage strategies, and test plans with cross-functional teams.
• Perform silicon validation, characterization, and production test limit development.
• Develop automation tools and data analytics to improve efficiency and decisions.
• Manage project schedules, risks, and deliverables for on-time releases.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Coordinate with global teams across sites and time zones.
