The role involves hands-on development in Python/Java/Typescript, containerized architectures, data privacy, and frequent travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a software engineering role with backend and cloud infra experience.
• 1+ years building production-grade agentic AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Typescript; Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and multi-tenant/hybrid deployments.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals and data residency/security considerations.
• Comfort working directly with customers, scoping problems and traveling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Scope customer environments with executive sponsors and IT/data owners, mapping systems, data models, and workflows.
• Rapidly prototype and demo working solutions in real time with customers.
• Bridge between customer and core engineering to productionize prototypes.
• Design multi-tenant, hybrid, or customer-controlled deployment architectures with data residency considerations.
• Own CI/CD, observability, and production support for systems inside customer environments.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for scoping, prototyping, and go-live phases.
