Qualifications

• 7+ years building production backend systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and JVM performance tuning.
• Production experience with AWS across EKS/ECS, S3, and IAM.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical roadmap of Duetto's Java/Spring monolith.
• Design and build event-driven data flows using AWS Kinesis and Spring Cloud Stream.
• Operate and tune MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL for performance in a multi-tenant environment.
